Care & Maintenance
Care
and Maintenance guide- To prevent
staining, please wipe any spills immediately with a soft, dry cloth.
- For everyday care, simply dust with a soft, dry cloth. For
cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and then dry the surface immediately
to prevent water spots.
- To protect your floors and the furniture, please lift
rather than drag when moving it.
- Protect from direct sunlight to prevent UV damage, fading,
and discoloration.
- To ensure longevity, protect fine wood, leather, and
upholstery from extreme humidity and temperature. Our furniture is crafted
to accommodate natural seasonal changes. For example, solid wood tops may
expand in summer and contract in winter, which is a normal and harmless
process.
- To protect the finish, avoid placing products containing
solvents—such as nail polish remover, perfume, hairspray, or glass
cleaner—directly on wooden surfaces, as they can cause permanent damage.
- Prevent Finish Damage: Keep rubber, plastic, and cork items
off bare wood. Use a protective cloth barrier instead.
- Protect furniture finishes from extreme heat, cold, or
moisture. Always use a protective pad under hot or damp items.
- Protect your furniture from dampness. A wet environment can
attract wood-boring insects and cause fungal growth, which are not covered
by the termite warranty. Ensure good airflow and sunlight to prevent this.
Upholstery
Care Guide- Please avoid sitting on the arms, as the excess
pressure can damage the padding and fabric over time.
- Fabric Care: Snags can be
caused by sharp objects. Always trim snags with scissors; pulling will
cause further damage.
- For cleaning, loose sofa covers
and cushions can be removed and professionally dry-cleaned.
- To protect the color and
material of your upholstery, please avoid using bleach during cleaning.
- Act quickly on spills to
protect your fabric; Blot immediately with a clean cloth—do not rub. Do
not use water, soap, or household cleaners. For persistent stains, contact
Kinglet professionals for safe cleaning.
- Extend the life of your
cushions with simple care; Flip and rotate them regularly to ensure even
wear. Fluff them after cleaning to maintain their shape. This prevents
indentations and keeps your furniture looking new longer.
- Regularly vacuum your furniture
with a soft brush to remove dust and prevent embedded dirt. This weekly
habit helps maintain the fabric's appearance and longevity.
- Keep furniture out of direct
sun to prevent fading and ensure good ventilation to protect against
cooking fumes and odors.
- For best results, we recommend
a professional clean every two years—don't wait for visible stains.
Regular care keeps your furniture looking its best. For professional
